** This APP is optimized for use in GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council).

IMSWARE.APP HelpDesk GCC has a direct interface to your existing IMSWARE installation and is able to process transactions, maintenance management or fault messages. The app is able to record any type of e.g. technical breakdowns or requests to your internal HelpDesk, capture photos and much more.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS :

The APP is available for many platforms. Prerequisite is a licensed webservice (free of charge) and a IMSWARE Server version 2014 SP1 or higher.
